Ingredients

Servings per person

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon virgin pistachio oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon or raspberry vinegar
  • Fleur de sel

Method

  • Dice the avocado and marinate in virgin pistachio oil for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle with lemon or raspberry vinegar and salt to taste.
